Terms and Conditions

These terms cover your use of jobsift.co.in ("Jobsift", "we", "us"). Jobsift is run by Ninad Joshi, an individual based in India. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Jobsift.
1. What Jobsift does
Jobsift writes a version of your CV for a specific job you choose. You tell us the job you want, your city, and share your CV. To help you choose, we search public job listings and show you the ones that match. You can read every job description for free. The company name stays hidden until you pay for a CV for that job.
When you pay for a CV, you get it written for that job, along with the company's name and the link to apply. One payment covers all of that company's openings we have shown you, each with its own CV.
You apply yourself. We never apply on your behalf. We don't contact employers for you.
2. What we don't promise
We don't promise interviews, offers or a job. Listings come from public job boards. Employers can close or change a listing at any time. We check listings, but we can't guarantee every detail in them is correct.
The CV we write uses only what is in the CV you gave us. We don't add numbers, skills or claims you didn't make. You are responsible for checking it before you send it.
3. Your account
You must be 18 or older. You sign in with your email and a one-time code. Give us a real email and phone number, and keep access to your email safe. One person, one account.
4. Credits and payments
Paid features use credits. Credits never expire. You get 1 free credit when you sign up with a verified email and a phone number not used on Jobsift before. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details. Current prices are on our Pricing page and are always shown before you pay. Refunds follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
5. Fair use
Don't copy, resell or republish the listings, unlocked company details or anything else from Jobsift. Don't use bots or scripts on the site. Don't upload a CV that isn't yours. Don't try to break, overload or get around any part of the service. If you do, we can suspend or close your account. If you choose to close your account, any unused credits, paid or free, are forfeited.
6. Your content
Your CV and what you type stay yours. You let us use them only to run Jobsift for you: finding matches and writing your CVs. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle them.
7. Our content
The Jobsift name, site, design and code belong to us. Job descriptions belong to the employers who posted them.
8. Limits on our liability
Jobsift is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as a missed job or lost income. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us, minus the cost of the searching and sifting already done for you. Payments must be shown with a bank or Razorpay transaction ID.
9. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from your account page, or by writing to [email protected]. Unused credits are forfeited when you do. We can close accounts that break these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email you before it applies. Using Jobsift after that means you accept the new terms.
11. Law and disputes
These terms follow Indian law. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra handle any dispute. Please write to us first. Most things get sorted by email.
